While we're only learning the basic HTML coding, I'm baffled as it seems to be alien language to me. Though so, I tried my best to adapt, I consult my friends and family whom are familiar with HTML coding. When we are given the assignment to create a website, I was afraid as I could be unable to cope and contribute to it. A website would consist everything that we've learn in class. Ranging from creating tables, pictures, formating fonts and so on. This post addresses the difficulties and the overall process of this given tasks.

Methodology
It all started as I form a group with andrew and started our meeting. We realize that creating a website would sounds more difficult than we previously thought. It is easy to create a webpage that is simply and blank, but creating a page that is filled with content was another story to all of us maybe, at least to me. We proceed little by little starting initially with the header followed by backgrounds and later into more confined details. Every step we proceed we have to ensure the codes are properly coded. To do so, we'll need to do frequent reference to our lecture notes and even do some research on coding we haven't been thought during the class in order for us to polish the webpage further more. However, we decided to utilize the simplest method and coding to finish our website as simple could means lesser errors and easily understand.

The main tools our groups has utilized is notepad and firefox. Notepad responsible for the coding and firefox serves as the test bed. Something I've realize here is that I've never realize the simplest notepad that exist in our computer would be so useful. We've chosen Firefox instead of any other browser because as far as we concern, Firefox is the only web browser that passes the Acid2 test and scores highest for Acid3 test. Acid2 and Acid3 test is the test for the standardization of web browser, I was inform of this from a friend of mine which is familiar to HTML coding.

Difficulties and Solutions
The most challenging part is of course the coding part. Because HTML don't give errors and if will generate something even there is error in the codes, this make it hard to identify the errors and we usually have to go through everything in order to locate the tinniest error. Me of course wasn't the main contributors to the coding part as myself is having trouble even to understand some of it. Credits goes to the my great partner, andrew. A million thanks to him.XD.

Uploading to server is better than I thought it would be as I was informed from my lecturer that Bravehost, which is the free hosting server we've choosen isn't very convinience. Turn out to be alright though. Overall uploading process is moderate, we get our hands on it after some time. Andrew came up with a brilliant idea of processing the image by utilizing facebook and friendster instead going through the utterly slow-loading image-hosting webpage.

Even as I'm a newbie to blogging, I find blogging to be quite convinience. It provides a visual user interface instead of codings which is very user-friendly. So the overall experience of handling a blog is good.

Outcome and Conclusion
Throughout this assignment, I've learn and realize the difficulties of creating a webpage. It wasn't as easy as it sounds to create an innovative webpage at all, maybe this is why people are paying webpage designers thousands! I'll have to buckle up my HTML coding ability in order to contribute more if such assignment is given again in the future and possibly create something more creative and innovative.
